Online Registration is a 2-Step Process – Complete Registration Form and Add Entry Fee to Cart for Payment

Players are limited to two (2) events; one singles and one doubles or two doubles. One doubles must be mixed.

There will be an additional $5.00 fee per person, per day, if indoor court time is needed due to inclement weather.

By checking this box, I agree that my participation in the event is without the assumption of responsibility of any kind by the Forest City Tennis Club, Chicago Prairie Tennis Club, Motor City Tennis Club, Metropolitan Racquet Club and Harvey Barcus (Farwell) Tennis Center/City of Detroit. In consideration of the acceptance of my form, I do hereby release and forever discharge said Clubs or any and all damages, losses, and injuries which I may suffer or sustaindirectly or indirectly in connection with this event, or traveling to or from this event, from any and all claims of any kind which I may have or hereafter acquire, and all such claims hereby waived and released, and I covenant not to sue therefore.
